I just misspoke, if so. But what is the point? The fact is that the world is being told that this is a special operation that Kiev prepared. The State Duma has already prepared a bill stating that it is prohibited to exchange Nazis even for those military personnel who are in captivity. And this, I think, is the right decision. Nazis and war criminals from the Ukrainian troops must be fully criminally responsible, and prosecution must be up to life sentence.
